You know how the saying goes: it takes a city to raise a comedy festival…

Brisbane Comedy Festival is the city’s biggest four weeks of comedy, drawing national and international comedians to an audience of thousands. Taking the festival’s design from drab to fab in 2017, I had the pleasure of rolling out my fresh concept over several years: from briefing custom illustrations that reflect audience personas, to balancing (many!) internal and external stakeholders, to designing collateral ranging from program guides to outdoor billboards.
